I'm a native of Winston-Salem and a graduate of Wake Forest University. I've always wanted to make a positive difference in my community. With over 20 years of experience helping businesses grow and run smoothly, I've worked with all kinds of organizations, from new startups to well-established companies.

 My career path has taken me from roles like Business Analyst and Project Manager at Hatch, Inc., to software consulting across the nation, and even becoming a Licensed General Contractor. But it was my time as the Director of Operations and co-Owner at Lynnwood Builders that really sparked my passion for helping businesses be the best they can be.

 This led me to start White Rabbit Ops, a consulting company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners succeed. As the Lead Strategic Coach and Founder, I work closely with clients to create roadmaps for success, put efficient systems in place, and use technology to help them grow.

 Throughout my career, I've made learning a priority, expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients. At the heart of my story is a deep desire to help others achieve their goals. With White Rabbit Ops, I'm thrilled to continue working with local businesses to turn challenges into opportunities and reach their full potential.
